[Notícia 11] Colage - Addition Information about poster presentation

Dear COLAGE attendee,

Please, find below some instructions about the presentation of posters during COLAGE 2022.

a)  poster stands with 1.2-meter wide by 1.7-meter height will be provided;

b)  tape for fixing the poster will be provided by the COLAGE secretariat;

c)  each participant will be responsible for the placement and removal of their poster.

The schedule for placing and removing the poster is the following:

Session 1 (space weather) and Session 3 (solar physics, heliosphere, cosmic rays) posters shall be placed on November 28th (BEFORE the coffee break) and removed on November 29th (BEFORE lunch time).

Session 2 (ionosphere and upper atmosphere) posters shall be placed on November 29th (AFTER lunch time) and removed on December 1st (BEFORE lunch time).

Session 4 (solar wind, magnetosphere and geomagnetism) and Session 5 (space plasma physics and nonlinear processes in space geophysics) posters shall be placed on December 1st (AFTER lunch time) and removed on December 2nd (BEFORE lunch time).
