Update - Lattes CV - 1st Semester - 2024
Dear All,
INPE Servers, Students, Scholarship Holders, and Interns who have published works in the first semester of the year 2024 and have their Lattes CVs properly updated by July 9th will have their publication references automatically included in the Digital Library of INPE's Scientific Memory. This will be achieved through the automatic import from the Lattes platform, scheduled for July 10th, covering the following document categories:
- Published Articles in Journals
- Works in Events
- Book Chapters
- Books
Please update your Lattes CV and when fulfilling a reference, carefully verify the following:
- Reference Type (correctly differentiate works in events and book chapters);
- Specify the correct name of the event, without abbreviations and according to ABNT standards (e.g., Brazilian Symposium on Remote Sensing, 18th (SBSR). Also, include the proceedings title (if applicable), as well as their respective ISBN/ISSN;
- Authorship Order (verify if matches the published work);
- Authors' Names (whenever possible, provide the full names of authors, particularly those from INPE);
- Title (ensure it matches the published work);
- DOI (if available, filling this is essential).
IMPORTANT: To enable the Lattes platform importation, it is essential that the Author has registered INPE in the professional address section of their Lattes CV. To do so, access your CV, click on "General Data » Address » Professional » Institution/Company" and check if "Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais" is listed. If INPE is not included, please add it to ensure your CV references can be imported.
After importing the references, it is also necessary to upload the full texts of these productions to the INPE Digital Library, thus facilitating the consolidation of INPE's Management Indicators. In this regard, DIBIB requests the submission of the final version of the peer-reviewed work (final draft) or the published PDF version from the editor. Please send the document to simone.delducca@inpe.br. Depositing the full text is another assurance of preserving the work and providing another access option.
In addition to contributing to knowledge dissemination, collecting institutional scientific production is crucial for dynamically assembling INPE's Reports and Scientific Production Indicators. These reports and indicators are essential instruments for defining actions and obtaining institutional/governmental resources.
Your collaboration is essential for the Institution. For any questions, please contact simone.delducca@inpe.br.
DIBIB is available to assist you.
Thank you for your collaboration.
Best regards,
DIBIB - Library Division
