Digital Library

The Digital Library of Scientific Memory of INPE (BDMCI) collects, manages, maintains, disseminates, and preserves the intellectual production of the Institute from its inception as the National Commission of Space Activities (CNAE) in 1963 to the present day. BDMCI serves as an Institutional Repository accessible to internal and external audiences via the Web, provided that all intellectual productions are duly converted and organized in digital format.

The types of documents that currently make up the BDMCI are: theses and dissertations; journal and conference papers; technical and scientific reports; books and book chapters; ePrints; audiovisual materials; researcher open archives; manuals (MAN), technical and scientific notes (NTCs), research data reports (RDPs) and didactic publications (PUDs); INPE event libraries; photographic albums; newspaper library; bibliographic databases; computer programs; research and GPS data.
