FUNAG publishes English version of book on 20 years of the UN Security Council's Women, Peace and Security Agenda

FUNAG has just released the book “Does peace have a woman's face? A Brazilian perspective on 20 years of the UN Security Council's women, peace and security agenda”, by diplomat Viviane Rios Balbino.

Originally presented as a thesis at the Higher Studies Course of the Rio Branco Institute (CAE) in 2020, the work was written on the twentieth anniversary of UNSC Resolution 1.325, entitled “Women, peace and security”, the first of the agenda under the same name that is now comprised of 11 different resolutions.
