FUNAG publishes book on Brazil's participation in UNCITRAL discussions

The Alexandre de Gusmão Foundation launched the book In Defence of the Vanguard: Brazil's participation in discussions on the reform of Investor-State Dispute Settlement Mechanisms, by diplomat Henrique Choer Moraes.

The work, originally presented as a thesis in the Higher Studies Course (CAE) at the Rio Branco Institute, offers subsidies to support Brazil's actions in the ongoing discussions at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) aimed at developing proposals for reform of investor-State dispute settlement mechanisms.
