FUNAG launches 13th edition of the “Foreign Policy Journals”

The Alexandre de Gusmão Foundation is launching the 13^th edition of Foreign Policy Journals, a journal published by the International Relations Research Institute (IPRI). The edition contains the speech by Minister Mauro Vieira at the graduation of the Mônica de Menezes Campos class of the Rio Branco Institute and articles by authorities, diplomats and scholars, seeking to enrich the dialogue between diplomacy and academia.
