Brazil made record investments in sanitation and waste management

The Brazilian government made record investments in sanitation and waste management of more than R$ 50 billion. Also noteworthy, 750 open dumps have been closed to promote proper disposal of solid waste and guarantee dignity and health for millions of families throughout Brazil.
