“Wi-Fi Brasil” is a program developed by the Brazilian government to bring high-speed internet to places with little or no connection, favoring communities in a state of social vulnerability.
More than 15,000 Internet points have already been set up through this initiative, and approximately 500 more are in the final stages of installation, facilitating the communities' access to connectivity.
More than 10,000 internet points are installed in public schools, corresponding to 66% of the installations. The "Wi-Fi Brasil" also serves basic health units, indigenous villages, community associations, rural settlements, among other locations.
