The Brazilian government will grant humanitarian visas to Ukrainians fleeing the war

In an effort to help mitigate the refugee crisis in Europe, the Brazilian govt will grant humanitarian visas to Ukrainians fleeing the war. After a 180-day stay, these immigrants will be entitled to temporary residency for 2 years. Afterwards they can apply for a permanent visa.
The United Nations Refugee Agency states this is the fastest-growing migration crisis in Europe since World War II. The UNHCR estimates that over 2 million people have already fled war in Ukraine, and their humanitarian needs grow apace with the number of refugees
