The Brazilian government started the concession of the Iguaçu National Park, which includes investments of R$ 3.5 billion in the revitalization of structures, conservation of biodiversity and development of surrounding cities.
The Iguaçu Park concession is part of the federal government project that allows the private sector to have the right to operate the Conservation Units by investing and exploring environmental tourism in these areas.
The initiative is supported by our National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES), responsible for structuring projects for the concession of these services in national parks and forests.
