The Brazilian government has invested in cybersecurity governance, steadily increasing the quality of our digital infrastructure. According to the International Telecommunications Union, a UN agency, Brazil jumped up 53 positions, 71st to 18th, in a ranking of 194 countries.
Among the countries of the Americas, Brazil is in 3rd place, surpassed only by the USA and Canada. The ITU's methodology for measuring the Global Index in tackling cyber risks considers five aspects: legal, technical, cooperative, organizational and training measures.
