Supply and Asset Service - SESPA

Purpose

Plan and execute the activities of acquisition, receipt, distribution and control of equipment and materials in the CDTN.

Basic duties

• Plan and execute the acquisition of goods and services in the domestic and foreign markets, in compliance with current legislation;
• Receive, register and distribute materials acquired for immediate consumption;
• Receive and distribute permanent equipment and materials, after making the records in the Federal Government Financial Administration System;
• Register and charge for their costs in relation to permanent equipment and materials, keeping the control of the Management Unit's Collection updated;
• Unload and dispose of equipment and permanent materials considered unusable, in compliance with current legislation.
