CAPES utilizes the Electronic Information Service – SEI – created and made available for free by the Federal Regional Court (4th Region), guaranteeing celerity, resource economy, security and broader visibility in its processes.
SEI is part of the National Electronic Process (PEN), a joint initiative of different organs and entities from various spheres of public administration, aiming to build a shared infrastructure of electronic processes and documentation.
