Post Graduate Student / Covenant Program (PEC-PG)
The PEC- PG grants Full PhD scholarships in Brazilian Higher Learning Institutions (IES) to professors and researchers, professionals and graduates in developing countries that have Educational, Cultural, Scientific and Technological Cooperation Agreements with Brazil. It aims the qualification of the grantees to increase their contributions to the development of their native countries.
