The Prosuc scholarships are managed by Post-Graduate Pro-Rectories and by the Post-Graduate Programs. Those organs establish their own Scholarship Commissions, resposible for the selection and follow-up of the grantees according to CAPES´guidelines. The Post-Graduation Pro-Rectories are responsible for the administration and keeping of  Capes´Scholarships and Benefits Control System (SCBA) – cancelments, interruptions, suspensions and regisrtrations – which might occur montly, according to the calendar established and administered by Capes.

Benficiaries of schhol feees must  each month pass on to institutions to which they are connected the amounts received by Capes in their bank accounts. Beneficiaries must not themselves transfer any available amounts. This demand applies only during the valid period of the benefits.
