CADE opens internship opportunity for Law students
The Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) opened an internship opportunity in the Antitrust Analysis Unit 7 (CGAA7). The opportunity is aimed for graduate or postgraduate Law students. Resumes and cover letters must be sent to the email cgaa7@cade.gov.br until 9 September.
The activities are undertaken on-site, semi-on-site, or remote work, and working time from 4 to 6 hours per day. The intern will analyse cases and documents, produce briefings and research, in addition to drafts on procedural documents, monitor ongoing proceedings, and develop various professional skills and theoretical and practical knowledge in competition defence.
The scholarship is BRL 787.98, for four hours per day, and BRL 1,125.69, for six hours per day, preferably in the afternoon. The transport-aid provided is BRL 10 per day.

Internship Programme
Named “CADE Ensina”, the internship programme aims to qualify students towards future professional practices, also contributing to spread competition defence awareness, one of CADE’s three main functions.
As per legal provisions on Regulation 213/2019 of Law 11788/2008 and Decree 9427/2018, 10% of CADE’s internship vacancies are reserved to people with disabilities compatible with the tasks to be undertaken and 30% are reserved to black students.
