Cade defines the judgment session’s calendar for the first semester of 2017

The Tribunal of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense – CADE approved the judgments session’s calendar for the first semester of 2017. The proposal was submitted to the Tribunal on November 23 by an order of the acting president, Márcio de Oliveira Júnior.

The 2017 judgment session’s calendar will be open on January 18, with the 97ª council meeting. The 107th session, which will end the semester, is scheduled to June 28.
