Apart from focusing on how cooperation should occur, the memos provide for the confidentiality of information transmitted.
The documents were signed by the President of CADE, Vinicius Marques de Carvalho, the head of the Office of Institutional Integrity of the IDB, Maristella Aldana, and the Integrity Vice President of the World Bank, Leonard F. McCarthy.
