Journal of Competition Defense
The Administrative Council for Economic Defense – CADE publishes the Journal of Competition Defense each semester. The purpose of the journal is to foster academic production on competition policy and to disseminate knowledge on that matter.
The journal is composed of two sections – Doctrine and Comments on Case Law – which presents papers discussing competition defense under the perspective of Law, Economics, International Relations and other areas of CADE's interest.
CADE initiated the edition of a periodical publication on competition policy matters in 1975, launching the Journal of Economic Law. In 2004, the Journal was renamed Journal of Competition Law and, since 2013, Journal of Competition Defense. In total, there have been more than 50 volumes published.
