Public Hearing on the review of the tender protocol and the concession agreements for the Open Acreage (OPC)

ANP informs that it will hold Public Hearing No. 02/2024 on September 3, 2024, starting at 2 pm, via videoconference, and that the purpose is to review the tender protocol and the concession agreements for exploratory blocks and areas with marginal accumulations of the Open Acreage (OPC).

On 06/28/2024, Notice of Public Consultation and Hearing nº 02/2024 was published in the Official Gazette (DOU). The Public Consultation period is 45 days and will end at 6 pm on August 14, 2024.

The pre-registration form for those interested in participating in Public Hearing No. 02/2024 will be removed at 6 pm on August 28, 2024.
