OPP and OPC: review of tender protocols insurance guarantee models approved

On 06/05/24, the approval of the review of the insurance guarantee models of the tender protocols of the Open Acreage of Concession and Production Sharing was published in the DOU.

Therefore, guarantees in the form of offer guarantee insurance and guarantee insurance for compliance with the Minimum Exploratory Program and the Initial Work Program of the notices must follow new models.
