On May 10, 2024, CEL approved the change in the schedule for the 4^th Cycle of the Open Acreage of Concession, according to the following items and dates:

The deadline for delivery of the documents for signing the concession contracts and qualification of the affiliate indicated to sign the contract, if applicable, is 06/28/2024.

The Concession Agreements will be signed by 07/31/2024.
