Technical data package
The technical data package is a compilation of public technical data selected by ANP for the bidding process regarding each sedimentary basin and sectors where the offered objects are located.
For the blocks in the Transfer of Rights Surplus Production Sharing Bidding Round, one or more technical data packages were prepared.
Each package consists of a set of regional data, including seismic lines and data on wells, selected by ANP for each block.
Technical Data Package
The technical data package is a collection of public technical data selected by the ANP for the bidding for each sedimentary basin and sectors where the objects offered are located.
For the blocks of the Transfer of Rights Surplus Production Sharing Bidding Round, a technical data package was prepared consisting of a set of regional data, including seismic lines and well data, selected, at ANP's discretion, for each block.
I. Access and Removal of Technical Data Package
The technical data package shall be forwarded to business corporations that suits, as per tender protocol: (i) fulfillment of electronic application form; (ii) receipt of payment of participation fee; and (iii) encloses the confidentiality agreement, confirming the powers of its signatory.
After approval of the documentation, the password for access to the system will be sent by the ANP by means of an electronic message to the principal accredited representative.
In case of confidentiality agreement to be executed by the same legal representative of business corporation who has signed the Terms of Service of the Exploration and Production Database (BDEP), in line with ANP Resolution 757/2018 or by supervening norm, it should not be necessary to scrutinize the signatory powers to remove the data package, provided that:
a) The business corporation that signed the BDEP Terms of Service is the same that is participating in the Transfer of Rights Surplus Production Sharing Bidding Round
b) The Terms of Service to remain up to date and in full force.
II. Remote Access
Preferential access to the technical data package shall be performed via remote system available on the website http://ebid.anp.gov.br/.
For access to the e-bid system, the password sent by electronic message to the bidder's principal accredited representative must be used.
III. Technical Data Package Personally Collection
The technical data packages may be withdrawn in person at the ANP Exploration and Production Database (BDEP), located at Avenida Pasteur, No. 404, Bloco A4, Urca, Rio de Janeiro, RJ, by appointment through the This email address is being protected from spambots. In this case, the bidder shall deliver directly to the ANP / Urca a new external hard drive (HD), in sealed packaging, with minimum capacity to store the data of the package, for the recording of the package of technical data.
Technical data packages may be collected:
a) By accredited representative;
b) By legal representative of business corporation entitled to Terms of Service BDEP;
c) A person appointed by accredited representative or legal representative of the BDEP of Term of Service. The name, the identification and the position of the authorized person shall be included in Annex IV of the tender protocol.
Additional Technical Data Package
The technical data package is a collection of confidential technical data related to each offered area, selected by Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras for this Round of Bids.
For the blocks of the Transfer of Rights Surplus Production Sharing Bidding Round, a technical data package was prepared consisting of a set of data, including well data, production facilities, production individualization agreements / commitments, among others, for each block.
I. Access and Removal of Additional Technical Data Package
The additional technical data package will be made available to bidders who have: (i) submitted to the ANP the electronic application form; (ii) proof of payment of the participation fee; (iii) submitted the confidentiality notice of the additional technical data package, proving the powers of its signatory; and (iv) submitted the other documents of interest and qualification, provided for in sections 4.1 and 4.3 of the Tender Protocol.
After approval of the documentation, the ANP will send an electronic message to the bidder's principal accredited representative stating that the additional technical data package may be withdrawn in person.
If the term of confidentiality has been signed by the same legal representative of the legal entity that has signed the Term of Accession of the Exploration and Production Database (BDEP), in accordance with ANP Resolution No. 757/2018 or by supervening rule, it is not necessary to prove the powers of the signatory to withdraw the data package provided that:
a) the legal entity that signed the BDEP's Term of Adhesion is the same one that is participating in the Transfer of Rights Surplus Production Sharing Bidding Round; and
b) the Term of Accession is duly updated and in force.
