Air Services Agreements (ASAs) are international treaties by which two or more States regulate air services between their territories. These Agreements regulate operational provisions such as number of frequencies, designation of companies, route schedule, traffic rights, tariffs and code-sharing.
ASAs also specify obligations related to Safety, Security and administrative clauses, such as entry into force, termination, settlement of disputes, amendments and registration.
