- RPA Class 1 (maximum takeoff weight greater than 150 kg)
- RPA Class 2 (maximum takeoff weight greater than 25 kg and less than 150 kg)
- RPA Class 3 (maximum takeoff weight less than 25 kg) operated beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) or above 400 feet AGL
- RPA Class 3 (maximum takeoff weight less than 25 kg) operated within visual line of sight (VLOS) up to 400 feet AGL
