APPLICATION
The applicant must follow orientations from Part I of the the Implementation Procedures for the Technical Arrangement on Aviation Maintenance between the Transport Canada Civil Aviation Directorate (TCCA) and the Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (former DAC). The applicant must follow orientations from Section C of the Maintenance Implementation Procedures - MAG between EASA and ANAC Brazil, that contain details on how European Union NAAs will implement the Bilateral Agreement and Annex B between the European Union and Brazil in EASA part 145 Maintenance Organizations located in European Union

HOW TO OBTAIN THE CERTIFICATION OF FOREIGN ANAC MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION LOCATED IN OTHER STATES WITH AGREEMENT WITH ANAC? (ANAC Brazilian Certified Maintenance Organization located in other States)
APPLICATION
The applicant must follow orientations from specific Section of the Maintenance Implementation Procedures - MAG or Memorandum Of Understanding - MoU between local CAA and ANAC Brazil, that contain details on how specific CAA will implement the Bilateral Agreement and Annexes between the local CAA and Brazil for Maintenance Organizations located in the State.

HOW TO OBTAIN THE CERTIFICATION OF FOREIGN ANAC MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION? (ANAC Direct Certification for Maintenance Organizations outside Brazil)
APPLICATION
The applicant must follow orientations of IS 145-002, in its last revision, and comply with requirements of RBAC 145. Required documents for this application are listed in IS 145-002. Access regulations in ANAC´s Digital Library.

The fees are established in Anexo III from Brazilian law number 11.182 (Lei 11.182/05), from September 27th, 2005, (values updated by law number 14.368 (Lei 14.368/2022), from June 14th, 2022) as follows:

Considering that it is an international transfer, the total amount is expected to be in USD or EUR, as described in the note below, to mitigate issues with the transaction.
