Airworthiness agreement between ANAC and TCCA entered

On June 12th 2023 was signed the Implementation Procedures on Airworthiness (IPA) between Civil Aviation National Agency (ANAC) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Canada (TCCA). The document will entry into force after 90 days from signature date. 

This IPA formalizes the validation and acceptance procedures for aeronautical product designs between Brazil and Canada, consolidating the long history of cooperation in certification  area between the two civil aviation authorities. With this IPA, ANAC and TCCA establish the procedures to be followed for recognition of aeronautical product designs originally certified in one States for operation in the other State.
