ANAC and FAA sign Amendment to the Implementation Procedures between the authorities

On July 13th, 2021 was signed the Amendment 2 to Revision 2 of the Implementation Procedures between the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The document came into force on its signature date.

With this amendment, ANAC and FAA correct the definition for Restricted Category Aircraft, clarifying that military aircraft (originally certified by Armed Forces) of exporting State are not eligible to type certificate validation by the importing State for civil operation.
