Brazil celebrates two market accesses in Ecuador
The Brazilian government has received authorization from the Ecuadorian sanitary authority to export oils and fats from poultry and ruminants destined for animal feed.
In the first five months of this year, Ecuador imported more than USD 140 million in agricultural products from Brazil, with forestry products, cereals, and flours accounting for about 50% of the total exports.
With the announcement of these two new products, Brazil has achieved its 77th market access point in 2024, bringing the total to 155 access points in 53 countries since the beginning of 2023.
This success is the result of coordinated efforts between the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
