She holds a bachelor's degree in Foreign Affairs, a master's degree in Development and Public Policies, an MBA in Organizational Planning and Management, and specializations in " Foreign Affairs with Emphasis on International Cooperation," "Ibero-American South-South Cooperation: Agents, Frameworks and Project Management," and "Incorporation of the Gender Perspective in South-South and Triangular Cooperation".
She has been working in the field of International Cooperation since 1992. Initially in a Third Sector organization, where she was responsible for managing international technical cooperation projects implemented in partnerships with international organizations, such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
At ABC, since 2001, she has been responsible for coordinating the Brazilian Cooperation Program developed in partnership with the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP). In addition, she is the Manager of Cooperation Programs developed in partnership with the following organizations: United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-HABITAT) and United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women), and she's also an advisor to the coordination of the International Cooperation Subcommittee of the Legal Amazon Council.
