ABC does not work with the transfer of federal funds made through agreements, transfer agreements, cooperation agreements or similar instruments with public or private non-profit organizations or entities.
ABC's budget is implemented directly or by means of Credit Decentralization Agreements (TED), or even through transfers to International Technical and Humanitarian Cooperation Projects, under Agreements with International Organizations.
In the latter case, these transfers are entered in the SIASG and their statements are published in the Official Federal Gazette.
